TwitVantage: the merging of 2 successful innovative processes.
Created specifically for the the Holiday Season, the 24H Express Delivery Service is a result of careful selection among our most popular products to find products that can be packed and shipped quickly everywhere. (We’ve reduced the process to about 2 hours!) This is the result of detailed work on the parts of our logistic and marketing teams in partnership with UPS – the exclusive carrier for the Express Delivery Service.
We would like to popularize the service, choosing Twitter as the best form of buzz media in order to convince more of you to try it. Now, we are extending the period for our Express Delivery Service until midnight on the 20th, at the end of which we will organize the lucky draw. Sounds easy huh? Not really. To make TwitVantage work well, our IT team has built an in-house application to interface with our back office and Twitter. As soon as we get your order number via Twitter, it gets inputted into the system and alters the status of your order, changing it to high priority.
Hope there is no kids in the audience but I have to say, Christmas is not a miracle – at least not in LightInTheBox.com. We see your current enthusiasm and the increasing sales (and we thank you all for that) as the reward for the hard inter-team work that we have all put in over the last few weeks.
