Q. Hi David! Did your order arrive on time?

A. YES, and it seems to get better. My first order was last year in March and it took almost 4 weeks. Now one of my last orders came in just 21 days (and that is during the holidays). For free delivery I think three weeks is very good!!!!

Q. How did you first hear about LightInTheBox.com?

A. I came by accident on your website (MiniInTheBox.com), as I was looking for some gadgets for the IPAD2.

Q. What do you like about shopping on LightInTheBox.com?

A. There is always some great stuff you can find at very low prices. It is mostly stuff you can’t find locally here, and no way at those prices. I also like that you can read other peoples experiences (both good and bad).

Q. How could we improve the shopper’s experience on LightInTheBox.com?

A. I think adding more demo videos on YouTube would help a lot. As sometimes the picture isn’t enough or it seems much bigger than it is in real life. I have read sometimes that people are happy with their product, but that in real life it seems a bit smaller. Especially with gadgets.

Q. Good idea. We now have people constantly making videos so hopefully this will make a difference soon. Was the quality of your purchase better or worse than expected?

A. So far all the products I bought were better than I expected, except the Wii Remote, which didn´t rumble. But their great customer service have sent me a replacement. Still I am very happy with the service and quality of the products

Q. Would you shop on LightInTheBox.com again?

A. YES, I am already looking for cool stuff to buy the next few weeks. You won´t lose me as a customer that easy :-)
