LightInTheBox: Now Globally Local on Facebook

Great news! The LightInTheBox Facebook pages have now become globally connected. This new function means that fans are directed to the most geographically appropriate page. By going to one of our 16 language pages, you will receive higher quality information that is locally appropriate and more relevant to your needs (plus it gives you access to local sales and other promotions).   1. Be careful what you choose sizing they are no good large can mean anything from English size 10 to a size 18

    1. You’re right–our sizes don’t conform to any region’s standard sizes. Instead, we go by measurements. To get an accurate fit, please follow the size chart located on each page of clothing items, and choose the closest size to your measurements.



    1. Hello. You should contact our Customer Service. Please log in to your account and choose “my orders” from the My Account menu. Then select the order number. There, you will see the details of your order along with several links. Choose the link most closely related to your issue, and fill in the form to request a ticket. Don’t forget to log in and check your email for a response!
