Step 1. Sign in to your LightIntheBox.com account.
Step 2. Click My Orders to view your list of purchased items.
Step 3. Find the item you’d like to inquire about and click View Details.
Step 4. Click Returns & Refunds or Missing or wrong product.
Step 5. Type your problem and preferred solution into the text box. You have now opened a ticket. A customer service representative will read this and respond.
Step 6. Click My Tickets to follow up on your issue and read the reply from a customer service representative. You are now communicating directly with a customer service person who is aware of your issue and trying to help. Thanks for shopping with LightInTheBox.com.
