modified review posted Jul-03-2013

I first purchased from LITB in December 2012. I also read “scam reports” and as skeptical I was, the item was 10% of that of Home Depot, and better quality (this was my FIRST purchase – a kitchen faucet). It arrived in 3 days! It was better than I had ever dreamed and my husband, who is NOT a plumber, installed it easily in half an hour. Every person who has come in my kitchen has noted how AWESOME the faucet is and when I tell them how much and from where, their mouths drop.
Since then, I went to these “scam reporters” and argued FOR LITB. If people are bypassing LITB from untrue scam reports, or because the price is ‘too good to be true” think again! I’ve since purchased more faucets to cosmetics and have always been elated. By the way, the “scam reports” and any negative feedback on their site is primarily about customs/duty and taxes. I’m sorry, but it reads CLEARLY to check with your country’s charges – this is out of the hands of LITB. I can never say enough great things about them. And from presales, to service, you can be assured you will be taken care of! I had a return, and unlike what certain people say, I was responded to within 24 hours and was fully refunded because the color was not a match for me. Done – all reimbursed and quickly. If you’re at all hesitant, buy one item and see for yourself, but also check with your own country’s import charges first. For me, faucets are duty free (in Canada from China) so that was a triple bonus! Great price, amazing quality and looks and the price was “the price”. Thank you LITB for making my home more beautiful and for all other purchases. On a scale of 1 – 10, I would rate them a 10/10.

Only a mat and towel are needed for Bikram yoga, and most students don’t wear much clothing because of the heat.
